I am only 26 and have been having awful neck and back pain. I used to be very aetthlic but have strayed away as I’ve gotten older. I have gone to the physical therapist and tried several things. A month into this video and pain is gone. I do it every single day and love it! I never thought I’d like yoga but it has been great. Can’t wait to get better and try other videos!? Thanks Tara!
