  1. It is necessary to practice yoga for do walking. It is advised to consume one glass of warm milk, after one hour of yoga.
  2. Reduce intake of carbohydrates in your breakfast so take only vegetables, fruits, sprouts and salads. As this breakfast is nutritious and thereby digestive system is not loaded and gives sufficient energy for managing the work.
  3. Take a bowl of salad or fruits or green vegetables before your lunch or dinner.
  4. The one who feel hungry between meals must eat only fruits, nuts and vegetables.

Best exercises for reducing weight quickly:

Pushups, fast walking, squats, jumping jacks and stepping are the best exercises for reducing weight. The biggest muscles in your body are buttocks and leg muscles. Every day when you face the mirror try to keep your feet at the width of one’s shoulders and squat up and down for about 20 times in sets of 2 to 3. One can build buttock and leg muscles by doing this way. Now, you can carry specific weights in your hands while doing exercise as your muscles became stronger. It is better to include few warm-up exercises in your schedule and try to stop immediately if you experience any pain in your knees. Pushups are considered as an effective exercise for reducing weight and also you can build abs. while doing pushups, 70 percent of your body weight is supported by your arms. One can increase RMR by performing about 20 pushups in 2 to 3 sets. Walking is considered as the best exercise to reduce weight and fast walking is also more effective. It is better to start walking before you practice fast walking as it will be warm-up for you. When you are practicing fast walking, you must maintain fastest speed as long as you can. If you are tired then it is necessary to perform intervals of fast walking followed by slow walking.

  1. Initially, select a fit person as your role model to get motivated.
  2. Never take crash diet because the faster you lose weight and gain weight still faster.
  3. It is better to reduce the consumption of non vegetarian food and add less oil and spicy while cooking.
  4. It is mandatory to be in relaxed state as stress makes us to eat more.
  5. Over dieting and exercise is not recommended.
  6. For a good weight loose, it is mandatory to have minimal of eight hours of sleep in the night. Your body can be repaired itself by taking sufficient amount of rest.
  7. One must avoid sugar at any cost. The one who is having a sweet tooth will find difficult to reduce weight.
  8. Walking is considered as the perfect exercise so walk when you get a chance.
  9. If you are hungry then don’t start eating first, take a cup of water. Wait for some time and decide whether you are really hungry or having an urge to eat.
  10. Weigh yourself once in a month and don’t be very much conscious of weight.
  11. Fill only three fourth of your stomach and keep quarter portion empty when you are eating.
  12. If you feel hungry between the meals then you can eat carrot, radish, cucumber or tomato.
  13. Maintain an active lifestyle. When you are working take short breaks and walk for a while.
